I never much cared for her having watched her all these years on PTL club but you have to feel sorry for how awful she looked before she died. You can tell she really suffered. I'm glad she's at peace.

Wow, I don't know whether she stole money from people or not but I know she wasn't convicted like Jim Baker was.

Amen.
I find no pleasure in the misery of another.
If you do I doubt you have any knowledge of God.

Many years ago, I turned on my TV and saw a lady singing. She was so charismatic and moving in her singing that I discovered who Tammy Faye Baker was. I didn't watch as a regular, the PTL club..but I never forgot that first impression of Tammy Faye Baker. Thank God that she is at peace now.

Well -- let's see. Overlooking the obvious stupidity of her so ludicrously overdosing on mascara, there's the far more important fact of her having married a thieving CROOK who preyed on thousands and thousands of gullible and elderly people. And then got his just desserts by going to prison. She was an accomplice to all of that chicanery.

THEN, two years later, she marries *another* crook, and then HE goes to prison. She was a loser, and a thief.

If there's any justice, she'll probably spend the next octillion years to the infinite power factorial being turned on a spit over a lava geyser.

(BTW, in my opinion NO one would deserve such a fate, except, perhaps Hitler, Pol Pot, Stalin, Mao Tse Tung, and their ilk. But IF such a fate is in store for more mundane criminality, then maybe she's sharing it.)

Kayne,

I agree: I am glad she is at peace.
So few people can be called compassionate.
I loved her courage in the "Real World" series she was in, and she showed a different side to her scandal days.
(Fortunately, I never watch religion on TV.)

praise God , for God's forgiveness, because Tammy isn't getting much love from here, is she? I pray that she is resting in the arms of Jesus- she may not have been perfect, but is any one of us- Jesus came to die for the whole world, not the whole world, except.......... thanks for saying it is sad- this is the first question that actually believe came from a true Christian.

My idea is that she's not really dead. That last interview seemed a little fake to me. I just couldnt believe anything she said.

I saw a tee shirt with makeup smeared all over. It said "I ran into Tammy Faye."

Karma's a B*&ch. She suffered no more than the people whom she stole from and gave false hope to.
