Building a 6 pack and a good looking body without eating healthy?

first off im kind of a junk food eater and really like fast foods but like home made tacos and stuff made on the grill. Is it possible to run a lot and lift weights, and do crunches, while still drinking sodas and get a 6 pack or a good looking body?

You definitely have to stop eating junk food. To build a six pack, after you exercise, you should eat something like pasta, or red meat, but be careful and watch it, don't eat too much because it's not that healthy. Try to shorten the sodas, and don't overdo your abdominals.

the foods that you consume have a direct effect on the endocrine system and the endocrine system governs the human body. I've never seen a person go from above average body fat to single digit body fat eating junk food. achieving and keeping a 6-pack is all about the diet. great abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym

Hmmm . . . "good looking" is relative. You can look better if you exercise, but you probably won't have much of a 6-pack if you don't mind what you eat. I have a friend who's a cheerleader (a dude), and he doesn't have a well-defined 6-pack. And he does backflips and stuff. Good night!

no. In order to get six pack abs, first of all you will nedd to have your body fat very low- below 10%. That is not going doing happen to someone who regularly eats fast food.
