Nope. It doesn't work like that.

How old is the scar? How deep is it?

If it's not very deep, chances are it will go away in a few years.

However, your need to let your skin do what it needs to. Making a NEW scar isn't going to hurry the healing process at all.

There are special adhesive bandages that apply pressure to scars and help them disappear. The are sold in the same aisle as band-aids.
Adding injury on top of a healed injury will not repair a scar.

Most likely not, considering scars are beyond the epidermal level. They're in the dermis, and you would have to have a rug burn down to the muscle to remove that. In addition, that would cause a scar in return.

No. you will have a scar when the rugburn heals, i guarantee you.

not sure.. but if you get a vitamin e pill and break it and rubbed it on your scar overnight and do it multiple nights, it will help make your scar dissapear.

No scaring tissue is much deeper than a carpet burn
