Ok, I just checked, and the cream that we have is heavy whipping cream. Consider that when answering!!!

I have used heavy whipping cream instead of milk. The result is just richer tasting.

If you don't want it richer tasting... use 1 Tablespoon cream, 2 Tablespoons water and you are fine.

Enjoy!

I would just melt an extra one or two tablespoons of butter right along with the 4 they ask for. Add that In with two tablespoons of water and It should be okay. It's gonna be better with the milk but It's all ya got.

Good Luck!!

No big deal, this is not precision or science.
Use the cream, 1 tablespoon, & 2 of water.
Or just go for all 3, the alternative is butter.

Sure. Just mix the cream and water in equal parts. You could use the cream alone but that may make the sauce too thick. Ever added a can of tuna and some chopped celery?

Sour cream also works and tastes great. You could mix 1/2 cream and 1/2 water.

Just dilute the cream with water, I would say 50-50.
I bet it will be good.

You don't really need milk, depending on your receipe?
Water will do.

Whip cream isn't that sweet?

What about salad dressing? That sounds better. Chicken broth....like I said it depends on your receipe and how you want it to turn out?

Water in evaporated milk, will work. But I don't know what you want it to taste like?

I think you could probbaly use the cream. It would make the macaroni extra rich and creamy which might actually be delicious. If you have soy mil you could use that too.
