The best course of action would be to make an appointment with a dermatologist. Most over the counter scar minimizing preparations seem to work only if the scars are fairly new and are not keloids. As for marks, treatment would be based on what the marks are and what caused them. Please see a dermatologist for the most successful treatment possible for both the scars and the marks.
