Firstly, Blu-Ray player works cos me have Casino Royale and Hellboy Blu-Ray and they seem to work innit.

Bought Night in Museum Blu-Ray, plaid it and a warning screen came up in German- Achtung- etc. It was just stuck on that screen and i pressed play, resume etc and nothin happened

I returned it and they gave me another disk and same ting happened. The same German message came up

other dvds work- but how can two night in museum dvds not work

me really confused- the dvd cost me 15 squid.

whats the problem?

its a blu-ray player on laptop- all other blu-ray dvds work fine

the 2 night in museum dvds are region b

please help

if you get the same messege on any ofthem you buy of Night at the musem just ignore it,its like a FBI warning.

I agree that it could be region issue. Did you buy your player in the U.S. or Japan? The U.S. and Japan are in Region A, Europe is in Region B. Some titles, like Casino Royale are encoded for all regions, but not all are.

It's the wrong region for your blue ray dvd player. Get it changed from where you bought it.

I would check what region your player is set to then, as it could be a region code compatibility issue.

it could be coded to a different region. check the region on disc then on your player. if they dont match they wont play.

your player is all wrong you need to check it or take it to the DVD doctor. its not your DVDs.
