You have to first do a body fat assement. This picks up how much percentage of body fat you have if you have say 12% then it is possible to see those abs in as little as a month. The way it should be done is watch your water intake you should stay hydrated but dont over hydrate. As another person on here said cardio.Which works great any way you look at it.If you can do an hour or more of cardio every other day then you will get there fast.If you are out of shape and cant run a mile in say under 9 mins then you have got some work ahead of you.A bike is another great way to do this less pounding on the joints and you can ride a bike for more than an hour and feel good after word without being able to do that 9 min mile. Now the other thing is swimming. It doesnt matter if its in a pool lake beach where ever. This will be easy on your joints and you will get great benfits from it and slim your tummy line. The thing is there is no quick fix to showing off those abs.Just work hard eat healthy and stay very active.Example on judge day of pro body builder weather they are natural body builders or steriod induced they didnt get there in a month. On that day there body fat is about 3 to 4 %.Which means you can see just about all there muscle. Also is very hard on the liver. The ones that have water rentetion you cant.Same point a month is possible but you have to work really hard I mean like a pro athlete hard.Which can be ubtained just look at navy seals they come along way in a month but then agian. The only easy day was yestarday.Good luck hope this helps.

30 sit-ups every night. 10 center, 10 right, 10 left. Working sides improves oblique muscles while just doing straight sit-ups works the abdominals. Combining all three angles will give the best results.

Remember not to tuck your chin or pull your head. The point of doing a work-out is to improve the correct muscles, not to cheat yourself or injure other muscles...

Crunches, leg lifts, side crunches.

If you have fat on your stomach then forget about it. The fat will just cover any muscle that you gain and so the definition won't be there.

One month? I don't think that's possible unless you're almost there already. Good luck!
