Yes, that is detected sex offenders. It is the NOT detected sex offenders you should be TRULY worried about. Did you know that the majority of people who are sexually assaulted are assaulted by family members or close family friends and NOT by strangers. It is the people who you trust and love the most who will be the ones to injure and harm your children.
Before you start defending from the outside, defend from the inside.

myspace isn't the only site with that problem bud watch NBC sometime when they do the To Catch A Predator series on Dateline NBC the predators are in Yahoo chat rooms mainly

don't forget that "sex offender" is a very very broad category, a guy who was 19 that had a 16 yr old girlfriend 20 years ago would still be on the sex offender registry.

I am VERY aware of the sexual predator's out there. That's why I don't share my picture's with anyone on Myspace, and I keep my profile low on "flashiness" and personal information.

ummm... i'm a teen and this is how i see it, not that I think it is okay that the perverts are doing this, but it's the kids faults for being stupid and putting their whole life and info on their pages, i have ABSOULUTELY no info other than my first name availalbe, it's the kids fault for being stupid, dont blame myspace, blame your kids.
