From what I've seen, both on the video and in life, I'd say YES this is a good example of Christian/Catholic values.

You always have to wonder how these videos get made. Sure, she's not very diplomatic, and she clutches at the only weapons she can find (no Christmas!), but we don't get to hear exactly how he set her off. It could have been calculated for maximum effect. In my experience, no parent immediately reacts well to complete rejection of their belief system (or political, for that matter). Surprise attacks are cheap entertainment.

I didn't visit the link however, A true Christian is only intolerant of what God is intolerant of. We can not force others to follow Him and we can not judge other people although we can righteously judge the actions of others according to God's teachings of love and protection for all of us.

This would be a hasty generalization to characterize Christian and Catholic values based on the beliefs or values of that particular person.
