You should ask this question in the science section, because otherwise, you're CLEARLY just looking for someone to agree with you here. If you actually want to think, and discuss, and explore this much, you belong in the SCIENCES. Religion will not give you an accurate answer. If you wanna be right, then just keep thinking that in your own little world, but the next time you're looking for information, and facts THIS specific, go to SCIENCE/MATHEMATICS

I agree whit you completely. The scientific facts show that a fetus before the six month of pregnancy is irrational because its nervous system which implicates the brain hasn’t still formed. but still like you said is a creature that breath, feeds and when the six month are finished it can fill and start becoming rational. I don’t think that no one have the right to take a live from someone else or something else even if it’s rational or not. When you kill a pre-born baby you taking the opportunity for a human being exist in our world.

officially, if it cannot survive on it's own it isn't a person. it's not considered a baby until it takes it's first breath. (after it's born.) it's considered part of the woman because it basically feeds & survives off her like a parasite. (btw, i'm pregnant now, i know all about fetal development and the MISERY that can come with pregnancy--how does puking all day for a few months sound to you?? and that's just the beginning... if i didn't WANT this baby i would hate this)
edit: actually, once fertilization occurs it's a blastocyst, it's not an embryo until 4 weeks. just fyi.
it doesn't have a heart beat until at least 6 weeks. it can't move until sometime around 7 or 8 weeks. it doesn't even begin to look human until at least 8 weeks.
and it has a very high chance of miscarriage until after 12 weeks--so it's not guaranteed to BE a baby EVER (also something i know all about--miscarriages are VERY common)

Of course;it is gentically unique from the instant of conception. And undeniably a human fetus. If it's human and it's individuated, then it's a human individual. The problem is,jewish religious law says (since 1425) that until motion can be felt it's "inert' and "without the breath of life" and therefore abortion is permissable up to the third month. Roe v. Wade is based on very old rabbinical rulings, mostly from 1390-1560. Try Rabbi Feldman's 1968 book "Sexual Ethics and Jewish Law". Jewish orgs like NARAL had to raise up several million dollars to get this all the way to the Supreme Court. The legislative process was by-passed altogether. And - no,it's not a myth - most abortionists are jewish. It's a jewish practice, always has been. They managed to convert jewish religious law into American case law. Anyway, they got their way. A million dead children a year, every year and continuing and all because of them. And they talk about their "holocaust". That was long ago,far away and basically child's play compared to the carnage they've performed on American youth.
By the way, they don't have abortion on demand in israel. It's illegal. They justify that on separation of state and religion.

In my ancestral traditions, a baby was not considered a person until 9 days after birth, when its father would inspect it, pour water on it (the origin of infant baptism), recognize it as a member of the family, and give it a name.
If the father chose NOT to, the infant would be taken out into the woods and left there "exposed."
Naturally, we don't do that anymore, but different cultures and religious traditions, in other words, have had different views throughout recorded history on the sanctity of human life and when it actually begins. Why are you so intent on pushing YOURS on *everyone?*

You sound like you are guessing and don't really know what you are talking about. Perhaps you just listen to what others say without using your own common sense. Murder is a man-made concept, so it is only murder if the state says so.
You may have noticed that when we murder animals, we don't call it murder except in buddhist countries.

In the first trimester when the cells are just starting to form and grow, I wouldn't call it anything more than a growth of tissue - like any other growth of tissue on or in your body (a mole for instance is a grouping of cells - but not a "life"). When a woman first realizes she is pregnant, usually within one month of missing her cycle, she has to make a decision. Third trimester abortions are not right, as the baby is then more than cells, but a functioning creature.

Babies who are still in it's mother's womb IS a living being, not a thing. I don't believe in abortions. I believe abortions ARE murder. I'm sort of confused. If you're talking about if a baby IS a living being then yes you are right, but if you're talking about if a baby is NOT a living being then no you are wrong.

Even you've got to admit that a clump of cells does not constitute a baby. Therefore everyone's got to draw a line somewhere.
A developing brain or heart is not a fuctional brain or heart, btw.
