Dont got the exact recipe but its sort of close. Deep fry two flour tortillas. make sure they stay flat and dont curl up so watch them close. On one tortilla spread the taco bell refried beans(which they sell in cans) then sprinkle some taco seasoned ground beef. Lay the next tortilla on top and add Taco bell salsa(which they also sell in bottles), sprinkle cheese and tomatoes and place in oven or toaster until cheese is completely melted. Take out and pour taco Bell Taco sauce(which is also sold in bottles) on top and enjoy.

Ok, I once (many, many years ago) worked at 3 of them.
Start with a deep fried flour tortilla. Spread the beans over that, then top it with ground beef (seasoned). Put the second fried tortilla on top of that. Then use a red sauce (not actual Italian pizza style either) and top it, but not too much. Then put a healthy dose of a cheese blend on top of that. You can then add chopped green onions and black olives (TB got rid of them years ago, to my dismay). Stick it under a broiler for a minute, until the cheese is completely melted. Then feel free to top it with sour cream or salsa... Enjoy
Who knew that experience would ever come back to pay off...
