most of you think that Planned parenthood assists the poor and socially challenged people, don't you think it is a racist practice. afterall wont it be mostly the blacks and hispanics who the abortions will be perform on? do you know the background of Planned Parenthood. check it out. it was started by margaret sanger who was a racist from day one. it was a to her, a wonderful way to rid the country of blacks. but dont go by me, look it up. use heads for a change instead of your mouths.
Planned Parenthood is NOT a government agency. why not let those who support abortion pay with their taxes and the pro lifers choose what worthwhile charity their portion could go to. like feeding the babies in dafur and digging water wells there to. i hope i asked enough questions to satisfy all you nit pickers who are worried about rules. oh and for those who blasted me about the wrong category, i chose this category because i think God cares about this. It is a secret, however, that George Bush's grandfather, Prescott Bush, was treasurer of the first national capital campaign of Planned Parenthood in 1947.
Of course this is no surprise when you consider that the elder Bush helped finance, Hitler who also supporter eugenics.
But little bobby, God doesn't really care about abortion. If he did, you'd think that he would do something about the 2,000 still births that happen every day worldwide as well as the 200,000 miscarriages. God doesn't exist.

I've worked with Planned Parenthood for years. One of my tasks was to keep track of the demographics of the populace we served, and I can tell you that it is NOT true that PP serves "mostly the blacks and Hispanics" - the majority of our clients were Caucasian.
Margaret Sanger was but one of the guiding lights that helped found the organization that became Planned Parenthood. Those who knew her would be absolutely flabbergasted to hear someone call the woman a racist.
You are correct about Planned Parenthood not being a government agency. PP depends upon private insurance providers, fees and voluntary donations. Planned Parenthood is not interested in demanding funds from your taxes.
Since you seem so interested in those unfortunate people in
Darfur, why don't you show us the receipt proving you've donated money to an agency - any agency - dedicated to their welfare? Better still, why aren't you over there helping dig those wells? Best of all, why don't you tell us what the tragedy in Darfur has to do with Planned Parenthood?

That's genius. Label her racist when in fact she's not to make the organization look bad, then follow it up with doling out cash to OTHER countries and OTHER causes, when such pro-life measures are causing a burden with their regulations in the first place.
How about this: since you don't support it, then don't have an abortion. Planned Parenthood does MUCH more than just pay for abortions. It gets safe sex and planned parenting information out there to women regardless of race or religion.
Don't be so scared of knowledge.

I agree on some of this point, it does help poor people.
Have you ever actually BEEN INSIDE a PPA building?
Pro Life or NOT they offer incredible healthcare services at low costs to the people whom need it the most. No matter their race.
You are correct, they are NOT governement agencies or affiliated in any manner. Which is best! People like you can't effect it.... HA HA. Its privately funded by people like me, that believe woman should have great medical care.
Its not a racist business at all. That is completely wrong! No matter that "woman's personal views, the organization is a huge benefit to our society as a whole.
It is the responsiblity of the individual (man or woman) both serviced there [FYI] to take care of their own body the way they see fit. Whether it be a bladder infection or a unwanted pregancy of a 17 yr unwed girl. BOTH are equally as dangerous for that patient, both are life threatening for that patient. Both deserve medical attention.
Not a governing body to tell them their "choices" of what care they can seek or not seek. THAT is pro choice!
I am Pro LIFE.... I want everyone who is conceived to brought into a world that will be welcomed, loved, nourished and taken resposniblity of by the ones whom will call it their child. If none of these are a possiblity, then that is not a life at all.
That woman should have the "Choice" on what she does with her own body and the destiny she chose for it.
I will stand by her, to allow her that right! Even if my choice is different, we should have the "right" to choose!
Let them handle their own moral compose, it is their God, not mine they have to deal with. Mine is a loving forgiving God and gave us the blessing of "free will" to choose our own destiny. So to me...choice is the only option.

Excuse me. Planned parent hood is to help any one needing assistance having a baby or not to have a baby. Do you truly believe that charities will do a better job: if I were you I would not be so sure of that. And if you think God cares, is he not the one that gave us good and evil to start with, and for gave us in advance. If you believe that BS! What kind of parent would these people make if forced to have unwanted kids? Does GOD want that choice?

You are absolutely right, but not only minorities are being targeted in this backdoor attempt at reducing the population of unwanted elements, it is also the offspring of poor and uneducated white women who make it a habit of being promiscuous, adding to the burden on society for healthcare during pregnancy, child care, etc.

a good idea is a good idea. assuming your claims are correct, does it matter that it came from a racist? if a racist came up with a cure for cancer and you had cancer, would you take the cure? or would you deny the treatment because it was discovered by a racist?
