My boss gave me permission to go out with her daughter and is okay with the idea but I want to know how many dates till it okay for her to "spend the night". She currently lives with her mom. She is ready now but I don't want to till I've waited the socially acceptable time, but I don't know what that is HELP!

Best option: wait until you're married.
Probable option: wait until you feel that your boss is comfortable with you being a part of her life (by means of her daughters life) outside of work...when she's used to the idea of you guys being together...when she naturally thinks of you two as a couple.

I think it depends on the age....
If both of you 2 were adults, and the fact that she's ur boss's daughter, you dont want her to sleep over any time soon. I think it's best to use your own judgement... since this situation varies... if you want a number I'd say over 3 weeks of dating if you 2 are adults and if you want to stay on your boss's good side. But that's just me given the info that i have

I'd wait until at least a two month has gone by. I don't know how long you've been talking, but make sure its obvious you really like this girl. Talk to her, put her picture in your wallet or on your desk is better. You just don't want mom thinking your only after some fun.
