If somebody murders more than one person while knowing Christ, but let's say it was there job or something, will Jesus forgive them like he would for a lie or stealing, or are they doomed to hell?

Apparently, Jesus forgives all of those people if they ask for it. Hell, if Hitler asked Jesus for forgiveness, Jesus would've forgiven him!

ALL the sins are forgiven if we ask forgiveness with true repentance and determination to not sin again.
God is a a God of mercy, and His mercy is infinite just as His essence. God does not want the sinner to die and be doomed, but to convert and live forever.
The sin is forgiven but the temporal consequence due to sin is proportionate to the sin commited, and the pain that such a person would experience in his repentance would be enormous, this is where the healing effect of God's love starts working in a soul, eventually bringing peace to the sinner, which we all are. No sin is too great for the mercy of God.

Answering your last comment, if that person works on the secret service and is asked to kill again, he must make a desicion between God and His work, and that's what it all comes down to. Jesus Himself said that if your right eye causes you to sin, it would be better for you to enter one eyed in heaven that with two eyes to sheol. This is not to be taken strictly litterally, but it sure measn that if there is some circumstance in your life that causes you to sin, leave it! Is the same as a prostitute that would continue to work as such even after knowing that is sinful, in these two cases they would sin even worst if they persist in the same pattern after they consciously accept its sinful nature. There must be total repentance for true forgiveness.

Killing while in the line of duty (or in other government service) is "legitimate". It is not like killing a former spouse or some such, in which case it's prison for life. Even so, one could be forgiven, but a lot of compassion and understanding is needed.

Murder is no more (or less!) of a sin than lying. Because they are both done against an infinite God, they are both equally horrible. It's not that murder isn't "that bad" but that it is THAT bad.

That is something that I think only God can answer and rule on. But I can say, that God knows the heart of every man that walks this earth, be it good or bad.

A murderer is not necessarily doomed to hell. Salvation is possible even for a murderer. All things are possible with God.
