When I was younger, I used to wake up with a start with dark creatures flying around my room or standing next to my bed. Once, I prayed the whole Our Father aloud, and only after that the face (which was an inch from mine), vanished.
I know God all my life. Have you ever had similar experiences?

Yes, on several occasions, but not so vivid as yours.

hahah this is a funny one because ive had encounters where it could have either been coincidence or could have been demons or the devil or something. but a few months back i had actually witnessed something where i could feel honest anguish and intense evil comeing out of the event that had happened.it was a feeling of sadness and evil that i really hadnt felt befor. although the tragedy didnt happen to me personally, or directly, it had happened to my best frined and through the events that unfolded, it was honestly just to surreal or too much to just be an evil coincidence. i believe it was the honest work of the devil, because i could feel the diffrence and the badness sourounding me i guess you could say. if any reason would be considered an encouter with a demon, i would say that was a good one.. or a very large coinincidental encounter with ironically evil circumstances.

We was researching/listening to back-masked music one evening with two unbelievers.
One of the unbelievers felt a presence enter.
We did to.
The other unbeliever, Scott's girlfriend, never heard the back-masked words and never felt that a spirit might have entered the living room.
This happened in the '70's.
Another occasion, my wife for several nights, had unusual nightmares.
She told an older spiritual sister about it. Ol' Grady. If she'd be alive, she be 110 by now.
Anyway, after Sister Grady pondered about it awhile, she approached my wife and asked her if anyone gave her anything recently.
She said yes, just a box of nick knacks and such.
Sister Grady told her to throw the box of items away.
Dispose of them outside and away from the house.
When we got home, my wife did just that, and no more nightmares for her.
What ever was going on didn't affect me, just her. That, I found odd.

When I was younger I also used to see dark flying creatures flying in front of my bed.
When I was younger I was a christian too.
Now I am an atheist, and I think that kind of semi-conscious dream is not as rare as you would think.

yes , look at the devil as a hunter who seeks those with extraordinary potential , even to the point of having authority over him . there are those like you and me who are big fish to him , and his time is short . be happy and keep god in all your doings and i will see you on the other side .
