I uploaded a picture onto my computer but it's in .psf file. Now I can't upload it on photobucket.com. I need help converting the file, but I don't know how.

Are you sure it is a .psf file?
.psf files are post script font files.....
Whatever the extension, open your picture editing program, then select file; open and click on the file you are trying to convert, choose save as, and select the name and save it as a .jpg.
Other than that, there are programs that convert from one format to another, but unless you do it on a semi regular basis, it would not be cost effective.

There are many softwares that help you convert a file into any image format,they are pretty small too and free,u can download one of them.
Since i only need to convert very rarely i use a free site and convert it on there,doesn't require me to download a software for it.

You will need a photo editing program.
Something akin to Adobe's Photoshop. This program will enable you to change the format of any raw image, to one of over 15 different formats including JPEG.
