Can't say- Everyones body is different. You may loose 10 pounds 20 pounds, Or maybe you will pass out from only eating ice in the middle of the road become bloated and get hit by a car and explode.

well you can go up to 4 weeks without food, and only 1 week without water. so your not really eating ice, your just goin for that whole 4 weeks of starvation. it would actually be better to just drink water whenever your hungry rather than eat ice. because when you eat ice, it takes more energy for your body to warm it up then you get from it. its like eating celery, it takes more energy to digest then what is gained from eating it. (this is why if your stranded on a mountain u shouldnt eat snow, itll just dehydrate you more)
but i dont know, no food for 2 weeks, depends on how much you weigh when you start. i bet you lose about 15% of your total weight. but dont eat ice, just drink water. youll suffer less

You said no lecture, so I won't....
It requires your body to burn 3500 calories inorder to lose 1lb.
Information required to solve this:
Weight, Age, and Level of activity.
Find the min amount of calories to sustain your weight, (go to www.calorie-count.com and use their tools inorder to establish this #). Then take the # of days you will be starving yourself x's the calories you burn a day= X amount.
Take the X amount and divide it by 3500. This will establish the amount of weight you could lose.
*Negative effect: With you starving youself, your body kick into an autodefense mode. It will slow down your metabolism. So you will lose less than what you calculate.
From the sounds of it, you are going to have NO energy in order to use it for working out.

First of all, that isn't healthy because you would need protein, calcium, iron, and vitamins.Secondly, ice would NEVER fill you up.
You DO know it's possible to drown the cells in your body from too much water which can result in death?
Think people...

Why eat ice? Why don't you rather drink water instead. There basically the same elements except ice is frozen. I think you will lose some pounds.

it depends on your current body composition as to how much water weight you will lose. you won't lose any measurable amount of fat. starving the body is the exact opposite of what is needed for there to be accelerated use of stored fatty acids for energy. starving the body has never worked for fat loss and it never will.
