You can buy vaccines on line or you can go to your vet and get them and do it yourself. I vaccinate my dogs at home. Rabies is the only vaccine that is required by law to be given by a vet. Please keep in mind that I live in Minnesota and I don't know what the laws are in your state.
If this is your first time, then I would suggest going to your vet and have them show you how so you can do it at home in the future.

The best and safest place to get vaccinations is from your vet. A puppy needs an exam to make sure all is well before vaccines can be administered, also not all puppies should receive all vaccines...
Getting vaccines from a pet store, online etc can be very risky..you have no way of knowing how these vaccines have been stored, handled or even exactly where they came from. The drug companies also will NOT guarantee them if something goes wrong. If mixed incorrectly or administered incorrectly or handled/stored incorrectly they will be worthless and not even protect your puppy..if administered to a puppy with an underlying medical issue it can prove fatal. Some dogs have bad reactions to some vaccines and this is something that needs ot be taken into account..often times many vets wil lnot see a puppy that is reacting badly to owner given vaccines. Also many places..groomers, kennels, vet hospitals, day cares, dog parks, etc...will not honor vaccinations given by owners...in addition a rabies vaccine MUST be given by a licensed vet in most palces.
If you are going to have a puppy then you must be responsible and not try to cut corners..

i dont mean to be harsh, but if you cant even afford the shots for her regular yearly visit, then how will you be able to help her if she gets really sick or god forbid, gets hit by a car? I work in an animal shelter and I see people every day try to adopt animals that they can't afford, pets aren't free,
You can try contacting an animal adoption facility near you, the one I work at in MI does Spay and Neutering and will do vaccines at the time of adoption. We also help, along with out local county animal control, and do vaccine clinics.,where the community can come and get vaccines for free or for cheap. If you call any of those, they may know of vaccine clinics near you.

The vets is the only appropriate place. I'm sure people will tell you to get the shots from feed stores or something - for the love of God do not attempt to administer vaccinations yourself!
Scrape together the money for basic vaccinations - you have a computer, you're not penniless. You might as well get used to getting money together, you have a dog now, imagine how expensive it will be if it gets ill or hurt - and how are you going to afford to neuter?

If you have a petsmart or a petco close by they have a vet in the stores that is pretty cheap I think like $10 for shots and you really don't have to make an appointment...

Check with your county's Animal Control office. They may give reduced-cost shots.
Sorry to say this, but you should have figured in health costs before getting a dog. If you cannot afford to properly care for, feed, vaccinate and spay/neuter your dog then please do the right thing and find it a good home.

I think some Petsmarts offer low cost vaccine clinics. I'm not positive, but you might want to try calling your local Petsmart or Petco and see if they do this.

Do some research on the internet. I found this mobile Spay/Neuter clinic in my area and it costed me only $20 to get my pit neutered and his rabies shots.
good luck!

Call back the SPCA to see if they can recommend another shelter that does, or look on www.petfinder.com under "shelters and rescues" for those in your area and start calling them up.
