I dealt with this most of my life. At about 35 I finally grew to a B cup. I have always been confident in the size of my breasts. Most of my girl friends who were large always commented they wished they were small. Small breasts do not sag, do not give you back aches,& do not attract shallow minded men. I had no problems nursing three children. Now in my 40s I have great breasts. And they are not fake!! Nothing worse in my mind then a set of fake breasts!! When someone would make comments about my small breasts I would tell them that:
- I wouldn't make fun of your small penis.
- Have you always been so rude?
-Someday I'll reach puberty. Whats your excuse?
-Don't knock it till you try it
- Great things come in small pakages
-I may be flat but at least I have some brains & am not dumb enough to make such a rude comment.
-Did your mom drop you on your head when you where born?
- Wow! Aren't you the dumbest person I have ever met.
-When did they let you out of the mental ward?
-Do you ever think before you speak?
-When I want your oppinion I'll ask!
I think I have used each one of these & more. Don't let idiots get you down. My husband is a breast man & he loves mine the best! Most often small breasts are more sensitive. Also all my large breasted friends from highschool are now very large bottomed too. Hang in there & show the world the power of us small girls!

I'm flat too! And I'm very comfortable about it!
If you are comfortable, joke about it yourself so that everyone knows it's not an issue for you and that it doesn't bother you. Besides, if you joke about it yourself there's really no point on someone else joking about it (to hurt you or not). If people know that it doesn't bother you, they'll probably get bored and stop mentioning it.
Say things like:
"Oh Really?"?"? Oh my! I did not notice! I'm afraid I'm gonna have to through out all the D cup bras I bought yesterday. I could have sworn they were my size!"
"Are you kidding?!?! Pamela Anderson is small next to me!!! I mean look at these! Actually the other day she called to say she envies my breasts!"
Everytime the ocasion arises, make sure you make a comment about your (jokingly) huuuuuuge breasts. If you can laugh about it, it's because you're comfortable with it. So make sure you show it.

Unfortunately the rudeness of some people is dreadful but, not surprinsing. Someone who once knew I had worked in a candy factory said to me that I looked like I'd done more than just work at the candy factory -- meaning, very clearly, that I had gained weight. I was dumbfounded of course and had no good comeback. But, later on I cam up with one. It so happens that this woman's husband had just gotten a toupe and I should have said something like, "And isn't it amazing how your husband's hair has suddenly grown back after all these years?" For those of us who don't tend to be unnecessarily rude though, the good comebacks are hard to comeby when they are most needed. Sorry for your hurt feelings. Why not just quote Eleanor Roosevelt to yourself or to them and say "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent." Or tell them something really stupid like you spent over $50,000 having plastice surgery done and now you're in the process of suing the doctor and hoping to make a killing of ten million dollars? or even tell them that you purposely allowed a doctor in training to work on you and you automatically got paid some astonaomical amount of money? Just to see their reaction...?

Firs of all - supermodels are often flat. Run with that.
I wouldn't worry so much about making them feel dumb with mean remarks. This doesn't make your comment much better than the original one.
I would tell them that while you love yourself, that they should watch what they say to others who may not feel the same. Ask politely if their feelings have ever been hurt by a remark like that, and respond accordingly.
If their answer is "no" (they are probably lying), then tell them that they don't know how it might affect someone.
If their answer is "yes," then tell them they should know better.

Tell them that you are really a man dressed up as a woman, then they will understand why you are so flat. Another possibility is to take the offensive. When they begin to make a comment about your flatness, attack them with comments about their nose, or their blackheads, or perhaps tell them that their breath smells like a road kill. This will take the pressure off of yourself, and give you a lot of self esteem.

If you are a teenager or young adult then the people around you are likely very immature and like to point out other peoples faults. Ignore them, or tell them "Thanks, I hadn't noticed" and roll your eyes.. Once you get a little older and have adult friends they won't give a hoot what your breast size is. In fact, if you have good supportive friends they will think you are beautiful just as you are.

Tell them you don't care, you're happy with yourself, then point out how rude they are, such as "And you don't have any manners/respect/tact/etc."
Honestly, what kind of people do you surround yourself with who would make such comments!? Do they not realize that this is a form of sexual harrassment? Being the nice person you are, you might not go so far as to press charges, but the next girl they insult might land them in jail......

Yeah, I get that sometimes too, even though I'm a 34-B, which I think is plenty of boobs... Alas, sometimes my guy friends like to tease me about my small chest, and I just say, "That's right, I never have to wear a bra under a tank top." You could also say things like, "More than a mouthful is too much!" If it's guys who are teasing you, you could also say, "I bet you're glad you can't see how small guys' body parts are through their clothes, or you'd be in real trouble!!"

Immaturity makes them act this way.
You could say, sarcastically, "Why thank you so much for pointing that out to me."
I especially like the comment about dynamite in small packages.

or just be nasty and say " ya I am flat but I'm happy with it.. are YOU happy with your messed up personality?"
or be sarcastic and say.
"ya I know I'm flat I'm happy with it.. it must be nice to have a flawless body?"
