You may think its strange but try some of the diabetic recipe sites. They have some great dishes and they are healthy choice and pleasant surprise to many none diabetics.

if you want to spend a few pennies, litteraly, try ebay for ebooks- like a digital recipe book that you save on your pc.
they have every thing you can think of
pies/desserts
smoothies
egg
italian
bbq
drinks
you name it- and some sellers lump lots of them together
1 sent me over 10k recipes.
most are word or pdf file format
