Do humans always submit to the authority of their parents? No. Do humans always submit to the authority of their government? No. Even if it were a question of submition (which, for the record, it isn‘t; "there is no evidence" isn‘t a cop-out answer; there is literally no concrete evidence that proves that god is real just as there is no concrete evidence that god isn‘t real), I wouldn‘t submit to the authority of a god whose ideology I didn‘t agree with.

The onus is on you to provide evidence that (1) there is a god, and (2) your version of god is the correct one. Allah's demands are different than those of the Christian God. What about Odin, or the Flying Spaghetti Monster?
Before you try to invoke Pascal's Wager as a scare tactic (I know it's coming), let me remind you of Homer Simpson's Wager. Homer said: "But Marge, what if we chose the wrong religion? Each week we just make God madder and madder." If the Muslims are correct, any non-Muslim's failure to pray 5 times daily and make a pilgramage to Mecca won't be well-received by Allah.

This is really the big lie, that atheists don't believe in G-d because they don't want to submit to G-d. That's nonsense that Christians tell each other to make themselves feel less threatened by atheists.
I'm not an atheist, but I respect the atheists I know as exceptionally bright and good people. I can't say the same for most Christians I know.

Because there is no logical reason to assume that the Christian god is any more real or the true divine authority then any other god in all of man's history. How do you know that Zeus isn't the real god? Or Odin or the Great JuJu or any of the infinite possibilities of Gods that exist.

If you're going to ask a question, then you don't have the right to limit the answers we're going to give. You're only limiting the answers we can give so you can try to direct us to say what you want us to say. Sorry, but I'm not going to fall for that type of baiting.
I don't believe in God, because there is not one single scrap of evidence to suggest that God exists. If you want to believe in a magical sky fairy that has no evidence for existence, then fine. But don't suggest we're somehow unreasonable for not buying into it.

The FACT that there is no god means that I don't have to submit to it's "authority". (funny to think of an imaginary creation of human weakness, having "authority" over anything. LOL good one!)
Oh, and for the record, pointing out the truth is NEVER a cop-out.
Using the explanation "god did it" on the other hand, IS.
Remember that, It's important.

It takes just as much faith to believe in atheism as it does to believe in God. To make the absolute statement “God does not exist” is to make a claim of knowing absolutely everything there is to know about everything – and of having been everywhere in the universe there is to go – and having witnessed everything there is to be seen. of course, no atheist would make these exact claims. However, that is essentially what they are claiming when they state that God does not exist.

'cop out', 'theres no evidence'???
What exactly would you like us to say?
How about, I am a modern, rational woman, who has no time for primitive bronze age myths and legends.
I don't submit to anyone, especially a made up invisible flying creature from the dark ages. Hah!

"there's no evidence" is not a cop out answer. Prove to me that there is a God that I should submit and answer to. The burden or proof is on you.

Well... if you strongly believe that God isn't real, you don't feel at all guilty for not submitting! I mean, none of the religious rules really apply.
A lot of folks wish they could believe in God, but they just... can't.
