It is very easy to turn him on, we've been together for more than six months, actually, I've never seen his dick in a regular & soft state...
But the problem is it seems quite hard for him to ejaculate.

Clench your inner muscles so they milk him past his control.
Find out where his spot is and play with that when hes close to push him over the edge.
Tell him come now when he's near the edge!
Its not the amount of time it takes but the quality of the action. If your done then tell him he can come.
Or you could be open with him and ask him to speed things up!

and what are you talking about most girls like it when they take long because I have a friend that says her bf last at least 10-15mins and she is not happy.

my boyfriend is the same way. but what i did was tell him i like it long every now and then but i like quickies too. so if you're about to *** then just do it. we can alwasy do foreplay after. it worked for me so just try talking to him. or even hold off sex for a couple days then dress super sexy or put his favorite perfume on and start giving him oral out of the blue. he'll get so excited that he just can't hold it and explode once you guys get down to doing it lol that works too
