is the cheesecake done?

how can i tell if my cheesecake is done or not? I'm guessing that the toothpick trick won't work with cheesecake.

Tap it on the side of the pan. If it jiggles like jello then it is not done. If it hold together tightly and moves slightly it is done.

when the cheesecake no longer has a wiggley center- looks like a skating rink completely across the top with no sagging.

I think cheesecakes are tricky to bake...but, the book says when it's done the center should still be a little soft...it will crack if you overbake it.
