if breaks away from rassmusen on the final mountain stages.
but after vino..........i dont know if there will be a "real" winer
i really hope that millar wins a stage like he said
i feel like bur-bursting into tears : ( vino was my hero
a dark dark day for cycling
but contador will have to get a break in the TT's

Cadel Evans will win.
contador is too unexperienced, he will win in a few years after he gains some experience.
and rasmussen will keep loosing time to Evans.
these days, the winner for any sport will be tested for illigal substances.

After the Armstrong year which are gonna be seen as the doping era, the Tour will recover. Rasmusen may take it, Contador doesn't have it this year but soon. Levi is in the league below..

contador will win over rasmussen, but it won't happen until after the time trial. contador will shave more time off tomorrow, but won't overtake.
cadel evans will crack again tomorrow and have a bad day. kirchen, levi and mayo will have a good day tomorrow and move up in the standings.

Going back to Bjarne Riis, ANY Tour winner will be looked at with a jaundiced eye. Pantani was suspened... Ulrich was busted... twice (although one was for recreational drugs), Landis is under investigation and Lance has had rumors surronding him as long as he won.

i think that contador will take it this year but that wont matter because the scandal will overshadow the win.

About the scandal, if a non-french wins the tour, you'll bet there will be a scandal issue...
