God's covenant was with Abraham and Sarah's son Isaac, not his illegitimate child Ishmael. God said that Sarah "shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be from her (Genesis 17:16). The angel of the Lord told Hagar (Genesis 16:12) that Ishmael will be "a wild man; His hand shall be against every man, And every man's hand against him." God did say he would also multiply and rule a nation but he didn't say that Hagar would be blessed (as He did with Sarah). God's covenant was made with Abraham 13 years after Ishmael was born. Abram was 86 when Ishmael was born. God came to him when he was 99, told him he would be called Abraham, have an everlasting convenant and be the father of nations. Why didn't God say that when Ishmael was first born? Because Ishmael was not the chosen son.
Belief in islam is not God's will and offers no means of salvation.
God Bless.

There is no covenant with the first son of Abraham. He was cast out; the the covenant was made with Issac instead.
Ever wonder why all of the prophets (except Muhammad) were Jewish?
Islam is a false religion. The prophet Moses (PBUH) plainly said that all prophets had to be Jews (Deuteronomy 18:15 & 18).

Salvation is through Christ alone, not laws or a covenant made with Abraham. The covenant made with Abraham was for land, seed and blessing. That covenant was passed down through Isaac, the son of his wife.
Gen 17:19 And God said, Your wife Sarah truly shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name Isaac. And I have established My covenant with him for a perpetual covenant with his seed after him.
Gen 17:20 And as to Ishmael, I have heard you. Behold, I have blessed him and will make him fruitful and will multiply him exceedingly. He shall father twelve chiefs, and I will make him a great nation.
Gen 17:21 And I will establish My covenant with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear to you at this time next year.
The description given by God of Ishmael and his descendants proves to be pretty accurate:
Gen 16:12 And he shall be a wild *** of a man, his hand against all, and the hand of everyone against him; and he shall live before all his brothers.
Ishmael is the father of the Arab nations, not Muslims. All Arabs are not Muslims, and all Muslims are not Arab.

You are your own rule maker. All paths are no better than another.
God is perfect, God is All loving, God is life. Why would God chose one religion or one person over another. This would prove that God is not perfect, God is not All loving. Which is false.
Listen to you feelings, Listen to your experiences, Listen to your highest thought of yourself, when any of these differ from what you have been taught or read in books, forget the words, words are the least purveyor of truth.
You are your own rule maker. You can only condemn yourself, so judge not or condemn. God doesn't judge or condemn he merely observes. She experiences life through us. The ultimate reality has already been written and their are billions and billions of possibilites, all paths lead to the same place, the same home. Some paths are less arduose than others.
We always have total choice in Who We Want To Be in relationship to whatever comes into our lives.
Religions are an attempt to control the masses with fear and to fit the male model of the world. God is love, which is life. Fear exists becuase of this duality in the physical realm, that is why there are polrities to balance this planet, these are just one example of the tools God gave us to use to create the life we wish. We all came from the Absolute, Absolute Love.
We have contributed already to the common good by being physical. God need nothing, requires nothing, merely observes and experiences Himself through us. We have been doing this for eternity. We have nothing else to do. WE ARE ONE!
our body is our church, that is where we heal our hurt, for tonight God is a Dj!

First, Christians ALREADY have salvation through the LIVING God, by Jesus Christ.
Why turn to a god that is no god at all?
And, the covenant was made through ISAAC, NOT through the one that was made by a work of the flesh, and was not from God's choice.

I don't believe you believe yourself.
The Covenant (you used a capital "C") was made with through Isaac not Ishmael.
Read the book carefully.

10And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
