How is your eating habits? Do you have enough carbs in your diet? Also, try to sleep early at night. Buy a multivitamin like Centrum or One's a day men's..Good Luck.

Make sure you are getting enough sleep that's right for you. Normally that's about 8-9 hours a night, but depending on you it may be different.
To figure out how many hours is right for you. Try going to bed when you are tired and not fighting to stay up. Then allow your body to wake up when it needs to not when the alarm clock goes off, leave the alarm off. (best to do this on a day you don't have to be up early) Then calculate how many hours you've slept, that's generally what your body needs.
However if you have a sleep disorder or are suffering from depression that may not be true. Talk with your doctor to make sure you aren't depressed and don't have a sleep disorder. Your doctor may refer you to a sleep clinic for testing. If he doesn't and you've ruled out other things then I would ask your doctor if getting a sleep test is right for you.
Good luck!

You need to see a doctor for a physical. Being tire can be caused by many things, including diabetes, sleep disorders, bad nutrition, anemia, cancer and other things.

Any brand of daily multi-vitamins wouldn't hurt.

well you could either not be eating enough, your body may be used to sleeping alot or you are smoking too much pot lol
vitamins may help but if you want that burst of energy you should go and exercise or consume large amounts of caffine-- (but then your gonna come down and be even more tired)
hope i helped!

You might have a sleeping disorder or some other physical condition. You should make an appointment for a physical and discuss these symptoms with your doctor.

How much exercise do you get? believe it or not, excercising gives you energy. Just go for a walk. Anything to get your heart rate up for 15-20 minutes will help.

Go to the Doctor for a physical. You could have something, and not to scare you but diabetes makes you tired all the time.

Sleep more. You should be able to go to bed and wake up at the right time without an alarm clock. If you need an alarm to wake up, you need more sleep.
