You could just block your number or find one by random calling and pretending you work for a church organization.
"For statistical purposes" ask the women who answer the phone if they are christians and then say "thank you for helping us find ways to serve your religious needs better. In the meantime, I would like to inform you that we are now offering Caller ID at a discounted rate." Go by what they say, and if you have to, explain that the church you represent is the Christian Telephonical Congregation, and offer to explain more over dinner.

All you have to do is tell them that God commanded that they will not own a phone with caller id, and read some made up bible quote. Problem solved. I guess that's what's good about dating a follower, easy to control. Hey, I may be on to something here..
