You perhaps still have time to grow taller. Eat a balanced diet that consists of fresh fruits and vegetables, milk, and meat. Drink plenty of water and have a good nights sleep. Take part in sports and exercise. These things may help you grow taller if your growth hormones are still expanding. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

You could have another growth period in a couple of years (late teens) but it is doubtful that it would amount to the 3 inches you say you want to grow. Just be happy with your height. Many Asians do not get even as tall as you are already. Milk has calcium which makes strong bones, but won't make you any taller nor will any supplements.

Height is determined by genitics. If you parents are under 5'11 then you most likly will be also. At 16 you mostly likely are finished with growing. Supplements do not help. Milk is useful for strenghting bones but will not make you taller. If you stay 5'8 try to be happy with that. That's just who you are.

If you are a guy, maybe. Guys continue to continue growing until thier early 20s sometimes. Milk helps because it keeps your bones strong, and it gives them calcium to build with if you are going to keep growing.

If you are a gir, .then you are probably as tall as you are going to get...wear heels!

Apprently, if youre THAT desperate and it has become a mental issue u can go to a phycologist and they can contact your doctor and possibly get you hormone pills.

height is determined genetically, there is nothing short of painful risky surgery to increase or decrease height. Anyone that tells you differently is scamming you.
