The Scriptures and Church tradition are pretty silent on this issue for the most part. The purpose of the Church (and therefore the Scriptures) is to aid humanity in their journey to achieve Theosis. Whether there is salvation for the bodiless powers (the demons) is uncertain. I admit, though, that it may be a possibility. I desire to put out the warning, though, that if one chooses to pray for the salvation of the demons, that it should be done with extreme caution. Demons do not desire to be prayed for, and may go to great lengths to thwart our efforts. I would only do so under the supervision of a very wise Staretz.
I acknowledge the Scriptures predict the demise of Satan. Perhaps this is all the evidence we need to conclude that Satan, and maybe the rest of his dark army, are not going to receive salvation. However, the question may still remain as to whether God will still extend to them the chance to repent (if an angel could repent).
For right now, our concern is the struggle against the vices and traps set by the demons. We should concern ourselves with the task at hand and not become distracted by all the 'what-ifs' that may be out there.

Some of the aspects we use to define God are his justice, honesty, loyalty, righteousness, and faithfulness. God made several covenants throughout scripture. Now though God is all-powerful, He does have at least one limitation: He cannot break His own word.
It is spelled out very clearly what will happen to Satan in Revelation (okay, very ambiguously through indecipherable metaphor, but we know it ain't gonna be good for Satan). This is a promise from God. If God goes back on His word and forgives Satan, then it unhinges everything that defines who God is.
We here on earth are making a choice based on faith and our best judgment, but Satan was WITH God... supposedly the archangel Michael's counterpart. Satan, and those angels that chose to follow him, made that decision to physically try to overthrow God. They, unlike us, don't have any confusion or misinterpretation or questions about God--they know Him personally. They had their chance to be in heaven forever and they gave it up.
So, no Satan cannot be forgiven because to forgive Satan would mean that God is going back on his word, and God cannot go back on his word.
BTW: Still some good insight from Max Marie there! She's got some good points.

You certainly got lots of uneducated answers here. Deary me.
God can and will forgive anyone who repents and throws themself on his mercy.
You know, lucifer isn't his name. It's a description. It means light bringer. Just like satan is a description.
Revelation says "... for the accuser of our brothers is cast out." That refers to the one you would call satan. Satan means accuser in Hebrew.
Satan visits Heaven all the time. Book of Job. Chapter 1. Verse 6. Douay Rheims Bible
Now on a certain day when the sons of God came to stand before the Lord, Satan also was present among them.
Regardless of the entire Book of Job containing many dialogs between God and the devil - so many who say they read the bible don't expect to see the evil one in Heaven.
The Sons of God are the angels. "Satan" should be translated "the accuser." Regardless of his being tossed out of Heaven his nature as an angel remains the same. He is still a son of God.
Many here say he will never repent. I wonder how it is we have so many proclaimed prophets. For myself, I pray for his repentance regularly.
A demon is simply a fallen angel. As the one you call satan is. So the same goes for them. All they have to do is repent and ask for forgiveness. God's mercy is boundless.

The only reason God forgives humans is because we were born as sinners. We have a natural inclination toward wrongdoing and occasionally slip because we can't help it.
Adam and Eve, Satan, and all the demons were all at one point perfect beings who fully knew right and wrong and still deliberately chose the wrong path. No forgiveness possibly awaits them, only everlasting destruction.

Satan(Lucifer, Devil) is damned to Hell and the Lake of Fire and all demons, whoever you are.

And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

In theory, God could forgive Satan and allow him to return to Heaven - demons as well.
There are some Christians who believe in this. They're called Universalists (not to be confused with Unitarian Universalists) because they believe in a universal forgive and reconcilliation in the end.

Well I believe the answer would be no.
We are able to get to the Kingdom of God because Jesus died on the cross for all mans sin.
The Devil is not a man, and therefore I think not. Furthermore I believe that his pride and arrogance have really sort of gotten God to a point of no return, seeing as how the end times he will be damned to hell forever, I don't believe God would go back on his word.
Because he never has. (Perfect Justice)
Which is why believe in the son = saved
believe not the son = wrath of God abide on him.

you always talk of demons, ok i guess if there is angels, logic says there is demons, but using logic, if there is a good there is a bad. God would need a equal and opposite. i don't think God couldn't forgive him even if he wanted to.

You need to read the last book in the bible called "Revelations". What you are talking about is never going to happen. God defeats Satan and cast him in to fire.
