if i graduate early 11th grade will i be able to join the marine corps then or i will i have to wait till im 18?

yes, however you will need parental permission.

I joined when I was 17. I was on the D.E.P. for a short time and was in Basic Training before I turned 18, and in combat before I turned 19. But this was almost 40 years ago when a High School diploma wasn't required, so things may be different now. If this is yourself you're talking about, I would seriously consider waiting a while before I enlisted especially with the way people are getting their tours extended. Either way, good luck to you.

If you are a high school graduate and both parents or gaurdian will sign the entrance form you can enter the military at 17. If you have not completed High School or gotten your GED you must be 18. However you can enter the Delayed Entry Program at 17 with out parents signatures I believe. It's best to talk to a recruiter.

I may be out of date on this, but it has always been my impression that qualified persons, with their parental consent, may join the US military at age 17 - assuming they qualify.

With parental approval you can, a guardian has to sign on the dotted line right next to you.
