This is an anxiety disorder. So are the panic attacks. You need to see a psychiatrist. This is a highly treatable problem. Your dr. will fix you up with a daily med that will wipe out this problem, and you can feel normal again.

I can't go clothes shopping either- I really freak out in those situations unless I have someone I trust with me. I never try on anything unless I can hear them around me. If a sales person asks me any questions they are in for one good show. It's not in all stores though mostly mall shops and department stores. I am fine while in a grocery store or any other setting. It's strange but so am I.

I dont like small places, but i'm fine in shops etc. I think your problem is probably alot more common than you think...get some help for it, you'll realise just how glad you are that you got help once you do. Its nothing to be embarresed about...I hope you sort out your problem :) x.

I am in agreement with Debbie. Please see a doctor about this.

Start buying over the Internet. Some good stores are:
Wal-Mart
J.C. Penney's
Lands End
Macy's
Sears

Look for teen shops in your search engine, but only buy from a name that you know and trust.
