They seem to think that Judaism (which has to be true in order for christianity to be true) has the same concept of hell, and that some how, even though no one else believes in the hell thing, everyone that isn't a christian is going to it. Doesn't that make christianity just a big cult gone commercial?

I find that many times I am talking to other christians about some aspect of Christianity. Sometimes I feel like I am fulfilling a sort of edification ministry.

But other times I am looking for those who are being led to God, but haven't either the knowledge to connect the dots, or are for some other reason not comitting themselves to Him . . . yet.

So mainly I would like to catch people that are comtemplating becoming a Christian. And tell them what they need to know about it. God does the leading on them and on me.

What I find that Jews lack ( Jews that are not Christian) is the understanding that God beings as to the fulfillment of the scriptures where we can find Jesus. And God told them that they wouldn't believe to boot!

Where? Here, it's an Old Testament quote from the New Testament:
Romans 9
30 What then shall we say? That the Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, have obtained it, a righteousness that is by faith; 31 but Israel, who pursued a law of righteousness, has not attained it. 32 Why not? Because they pursued it not by faith but as if it were by works. They stumbled over the "stumbling stone." 33 As it is written:
"See, I lay in Zion a stone that causes men to stumble
and a rock that makes them fall,
and the one who trusts in him will never be put to shame."

That was a quote from Isaiah 8:14; 28:16 .

It is important for me to see that many Jews have understanding of the same scriptures that they believe is the truth.

But with scriptires like that, I don't look for what Jews would believe, but for the things that they don't believe. Because God said that they would not believe. Looking for the things that they believe therefore, wouldn't be logical.

"Are christians aware the the only people who believe in their savior and their hell are other christians?"

Of course. If you believed in our doctrine, then you would be a Christian. Duh!

As for not believing in Hell, well, if you are on a plane to Chicago, not believing in it doesn't mean that you won't go. That is totally illogical.

And modern "Judaism" does NOT have to be true in order for Christianity to be true; it is the other way around since Christianity is the only true form of Judaism. If Judaism is true, then Jesus is NOT the Jewish messiah, and Christianity is false.

I think that what you are really getting at is that the Old Testament doesn't say much about Hell (that was something that Jesus taught). True, but the Old Testament doesn't say that people go to Heaven, either (that is also something that Jesus taught). The Hebrew scriptures say very little about the afterlife.

sure, you're truly precise. the large value to the Church (us Christians) replace into to evangelise the gospel to each creature, baptizing people who have self assurance, interior the call of the daddy, Son and Holy Spirit and coaching all of them issues in any appreciate Jesus commanded them and lo he's with us consistently even unto the conclusion of the age (Matthew 28: 19 & 20). maximum folk discover it demanding to evangelise to unbelievers simply by fact they do exactly no longer desire to understand. young toddlers do in comparison to being unpopular and that's what occurs once you carry forth the gospel, yet in spite of the reality that, we've not have been given any excuse. we would desire to consistently be preaching to everybody as you suggested. concepts you, look what number Atheists and unbelievers hate Christians on Y/A for telling them the reality approximately hell. some even swear and curse, so that's not a delightful job except someone desires to settle for JEsus Christ. we've been commanded to grant people who're drawn in the direction of dying and carry returned people who're stumbling to the slaughter. And if we are saying, "truly we did no longer understand this" would not God who weighs the hearts evaluate it. He who retains your soul, does He no longer comprehend it? and could He no longer render to each and each guy in accordance to his deeds? (Proverbs 24: eleven & 12).

No, we believe that only those who FOLLOW Christ are Christians. Jesus is respected in other religions, some Jews respect Him though they don't believe He is the Messiah and Muslims believe in Jesus, but believe He was a Prophet, not Savior.

That mature adults continue to push those beliefs onto their own children and others is shameful.

I like how they persist in believing that atheists, who obviously don't believe in their god, would still believe in their devil and their hell. It cracks me up every time.
