Cosworth supplies the XFE 4 overhead cam 90 degree V8 engines and turbochargers to every Champ Car team.

depends on the class, what will the regs allow you to use?
depends on the engine

There are different brands.. we used to use Rayjay's but there are others out there. We raced Turbo Cars in IMSA dont know about your racing class though
