Is experinet the way to go? I was looking at vidoReQuest as well. Are there others out there that are good?
What I want is to have access to my roughly 700 DVD's on the TV screen (in multiple rooms), be able to search by Actor, cover art, etc.
I also want it to be adaptable to HD-DVD/Blu-ray and so want it to be able to project at 1080p and upconvert my standard DVDs.

You can set up your own WiFi LAN,except for the fact you'll need about 3 ter byts storage.

Check out Escient. They make several different models that will work.
