Last night, for the second time in my conscious memory, I dreamed I laid a beat-down on Linda Carter, this time for insulting my grandmother. I like Linda, I told her as much as I held her head to the table by her hair, but nobody insults my grandmother.

Seriously, can somebody tell me what my subconscious is trying to tell me here? I've never beat anybody up in my life (except my brothers, but I don't really think they count as "people" ;-p), I never even watched Wonderwoman, and it's not young Linda Carter I'm beating up. It's the older, cameo her. And I really do like her. She seems nice!

Yeah, but your subconscious is projecting your aggression towards anyone who may insult or want to hurt your family. Your subconscious picked wonderwoman because she is seen as a powerful figure. And what your spirit is saying is that it does not matter how power the person is, they will get a beating if the harm my family member.

According to Dreamcrowd:

To see your own family in your dream, represents security, warmth and love. Consider also the significance of a particular family member or the relationship you have with them.

To be in or see a battle in your dream, suggests that you are overworked. You need to give yourself a break. There is a conflict between your rational thinking and your irrational impulses. Alternatively, it represents eroticism. You may be overly stimulated or you are trying to suppress your instinctual urges.
