There is a danger in the "born again" statement and that is that Christianity is reduced to a feeling you get when you are born again. The feeling is not the reality.
As a Christian, your purpose is to seek the God who created you and to come to know Him. It is the most noble, the most powerful (and sometimes dangerous) quest that we could every undertake. We do this through love for our neighbor, for where love is, there God is also. Leo Tolstoy, the great Russian writer, wrote a short story "Where Love Is, There God Is Also" and this short story powerfully lays out our purpose for living. It was a very powerful influence on my Christian life.
Tolstoy's story is found at:

It's a profound question and worth examining. As long as you revisit Christ's words with regularity and apply these teachings, you should find greater meaning. As a member of the LDS Church, I know I lived in the presence of God before coming to this earth, that I am here to prove my worth and, if I succeed, I will return to live with Him again. We are encouraged in our faith to always learn more (I got my masters' degree), to raise a family (I've married the love of my life and have two wonderful children with her) and to serve others (I am serving in a leadership position in my congregation). I have a job that allows me to help others and have the means to provide for my family, making time for them as well and occasionally have fun, too. I'm feeling pretty good about my situation right now. May you find the fulfillment you seek soon.

I never feel that way with God as my Savior..
Humble yourself in prayer to God and ask Him to lead you in your walk with Him.. He will guide you in the direction He wants you to go to do His Works...
Are you saved or do you just believe in Him?
If a person is saved, their life is full and has purpose...

nope :) we all have a purpose. you do whatever your ability or 'gift' is, like if you're good at cooking? you cook and while you cook you tell somebody about God. colossians 3:17And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. God is your purpose, have a good day!

Get involved in some activities. You'll find a purpose soon.
And no, there is no divine purpose for anything.
Look up for term "Existentialism"
That'll encourage you.
