I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:
1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)
Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).
Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth

Well.. if you want to just get the attention of a guy:
A pretty face (in order fo importance: Smile, laugh, eyes, rest of face)
Proportional and nice - not necessarily big because a 36D whose 4'8" is kinda strange, no? - body and chest&bootay
If you actually want to know what a guy looks for in a girl for "girlfriend material":
Looks (they still matter to many, its the hard truth)
Humor
perosnality
mind/intelligence
body

great face and body and personality needy but not to clingy friendly but not flirty sympathetic but doesn't smother a lady in the streets and a freak in the sheets a guys girl but not a tomboy

i personally when i look for a girl i look for....
1. she has to be pretty
2. once i get to meet her she has to be smart.
3.she has to be outgoing
4. (last but certainly not least!), she has to be charming and funny!!, i love a girl who makes me laugh!
