yes you can, but be careful in the bikini area..you don't want to burn anything, lol...and the underarms are safe too. try veet or the veet waxing strips.

The only brand I've had ANY luck with is VEET - nothing else has worked for me at all!
You can use them on your bikini LINE and also underarms, but be very careful. I left it on less than one minute extra once, and I ended up with a terrible chemical burn under both arms.... OUCH!!!!!! I had to very gently pat on aloe vera gel for about 3 days before it healed... but the hair was gone! :-)
I've used it since then, though, and never had that happen again.

I have used creams and wax but I think that the cream won't be that much useful underarms...I recommend going to a saloon if you ghave never done it before by yourself.

veet is the best name the new one as just came out hair removal cream you can use it underneath arms, legs , bikini line but not face its only £10 but its rele gd..x

The areas you are talking about are way to sensitive to use those creams, you could end up broken out and an itching mess.
