some one i know who is causing some trouble for me with threat's for my life is a banned driver for dangerous driving and twoc he has now got a provisional under a different name he is banned under his mother's marrage name but has now got one in his birth name what do i do???

You should be going to the police over the threats to kill, as this is a serious crime, but it is not always that easy. This man is clearly dangerous. I know some people can not handel threats , but if someone made threats on my life , I whould make sure that if anyone's life was at risk , it whould be there's

Report him to crimestoppers and if you know his details you can inform the DVLA and they will investigate and revoke his provisional also. If you know his registration number and vehicle and when and where he drives also pass this on to crimestoppers.

phone your local police station and ask for the traffic department, give them full details and theyll do the rest they get a few easy convictions out of this!!!
