I have not finished it yet.
This is section one, so far i like it. I just claim the parts that fit me. Here is what section one is about.

Section I: Resurfacing
Aspects of consciousness addressed: Beliefs, Reality, Consciousness

In the two-day ReSurfacing Workshop you explore the relationship between your beliefs and the reality you experience as your life. You will discover the power of your attention and its ability to create calmness, focus, and satisfaction. You'll begin to unlock the power of your will and recognize it as a tool to direct life and handle any tasks with confidence. Section 1 also allows you to explore whether the advanced sections are right for you.

Check out their link for me. Overall so far it appears positive.

I haven't but just went to their website to look at it. It looks like it could be a tool for developing awareness and consciousness BUT I'd be careful about being required to submit to whatever their "creed" is, whether stated or unstated.

As long as you can use these techniques without having to buy into anything like "our way is the only way" even if it SAYS it isn't, but you are given pressure to COMPLY to that way of thinking regardless.

Also, Im not seeing a price listed anywhere, which is always a sign that it's going to be expensive. Which can be a sign that they basically stroke your ego realllly good, while charging you an outrageous price to do so. That's pretty much the norm for those kinds of places. But this one might be different, not having been there I can't really say. So explore it if you like but just keep in mind that most of them really are nothing more than that.

You could probably get a more authentic experience by attending a Yoga class, which would actually be beneficial to your body and your mind both.
