-drink lots of water and no soda!
-eat breakfast
-be sure to get lots of sleep
-don't get caught up on weighing yourself everyday...look for changes in the mirror (ex. inch loss in the waist) not so much on the scale
-eat more, smaller meals
-eat more fruits and veggies
-do weight training too, not just cardio

phentermine is the miracle diet pill! it works wonders! but you can only get it by prescription. i am 25 and i took it for 45 days and lost 20 lbs with no exercise! i swear by it! now that i got the weight of i exercise everyday and diet to maintain.
