You need to talk to your mother about this. You are her responsibility and she should be looking out after you. Talk to her and if she doesn't listen find someone who will. Even if you have to call the police and maybe that is what they need to let them know this is serious and your step dad or anyone does not have the right to hit you for any reason. You do not deserve to be treated that way. Your mom is suppose to be taking care of you and not putting you in a harmful situation. What about your real dad? Could you talk to him? Find someone who will listen. The cops will have a good long talk with your step dad and if he tries anyting again, you just mention the word cops and he'll back off.

I lived in Foster Care for a couple years and it is better than being smacked around find the courage inside to take control of your life now and get out of that house call the cops next time better yet go to your neighbors and dial 911 dont leave until Social Services gets there!

Since you aren't in school now...(summer) you can't talk to your guidance counselor about it. You can call Children and Youth Services in your area and tell them you are being abused by him. Your mom is just as guilty for letting it go on (if she is aware of it). They are listed in the phone book. They may be called by another name such as Children and Family services or just Family Services. You can also call the local police for the number. They will have it. Ask for Child Protection Services in your area. DO IT TODAY before it gets out of hand more and you end up dead or crippled or something. They will remove him from the house if needed.

If your mom won't listen an intervene for you you need to take matters into yourhands and go to the authorities yourself. It won't be easy but you need to. Your mom will rue the day if he seriously hurts you. Please, don't wait and don't think about it, the next time he leaves a bruise or bloodies your nose call the cops. Don't let him get away with it at all.

I'm sorry you are having to live in fear of mental and physical abuse.

Domestic Violence is punishable by law and all you have to do is call the police. Don't let him get away with that. Especially if he's leaving marks on you. Don't touch him, at all. And don't threaten to call the police. Just do it.

Best of luck to you.

and your mother allows that to happen to you? I would go talk to a aunt/uncle or some other family member and let them know what is going on with you, or if you going to church go and talk to someone there that can help you, if not go to the police and report abuse on your step-father I can't believed that your mother will not protect you. It okay to get spank in the butt only but to cause body injuries is not okay. GO TELL SOMEONE NOW BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!!!

I had a step mother from hell, she sold the family silver at a garage sale so her worthless sack of sheet precious daughter could afford more dope. Fortunately she got cancer. So there is justice. Be patient.

Go to the police and tell them what is going on. Does your mom know about this? Get his butt put in jail!! Also, tell a family member about it and see if they will let you stay with them for a while.
