When that person asks for forgiveness, and repenting of their sins, are they asking God the Father, or Jesus, or the Holy Spirit? I'm confused.
Also, do we always reference our prayers in Jesus' name, can we directly ask the Holy Spirit for help instead of God the Father or Jesus? What's biblical?

God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are one... God is the one sitting on the throne... Jesus came to earth to die for our sins... and the holy spirit is the one living inside us if you accepted God into your life... God also has plenty of names to go by... Abba Father, King of Kings, Jehova, Almighty, All Powerful, Father God, Etc.... They are noticing the Jesus came down on the earth to die for our sins so they are asking Jesus to forgive us for all we done to hurt him... But asking into their lives... They also asking God the Father into their lives since The father, the son, and the holy spirit are three in one.... Did I clear things up??

This is a hard question. I think that in general, prayer should be addressed to the whole Trinity (simply "God" or "Lord") or to the Father. I don't think we always have to reference Jesus' name in prayer, but it would naturally come up when we praise Him for what He has done. We can also make short prayers like, "Holy Spirit, give me the words to say." I don't think it's wrong to pray to Jesus or the Holy Spirit (they are God), but there is also no Scriptural basis for it.

Baptising in the name of the father, the son and the holy ghost.

You are talking to God and Jesus via the holy spirit.

If you pray to anyone but God, or divide God up into separate beings or parts, you are committing idolatry. God is ONE, not 3-in-1.

If you place anyone or anything IN FRONT OF GOD to have to go through to get to God, you are committing idolatry.

Please don't lead any more people into idolatry. Non-Jews were given the path to their righteousness by God in the Torah, just like Jews were. That way is by following the path of the 7 Noahide Laws:

Please go and learn about the role of the real Messiah as God gave it on Mt. Sinai to the Jews (who are not blind, by the way). He is not to be killed as a human virgin blood sacrifice for sin, he is not born of a god and a virgin, etc. All of this comes from ancient pagan religions, not from Judaism whatsoever. Please, go and look at what the real Messiah will do and be, so that you do not lead anyone into idolatry, and so that you will be able to worship the God of Israel side by side with the Jews, equally, in the Messianic era and the World To Come:

No, don't ask the Holy Spirit, he's always looking for a 20 before he'll do ANYTHING.

They are all One in the same, when you pray to one, you are praying to all. Jesus said to ask everything in His Name, this is to acknowledge that there is only One Name needed.... Jesus.
