Love.
You can lust after just about anyone. Lust is about their hair and face, it is just looking at an image. It is merely a fantasy.
Love is reality. It is based on friendship. Love may not last forever but is lasts a helluva lot longer than lust. It is basically a combo of lust and a really good friendship.

Lust gets are bad rap. It's like the ugly step-child of emotions. No one wants to admit they give in to lust.
Lust is not bad, it is natural human reaction. And unlike love it is pretty easy to know when you are in lust. and despite what people say 99 times out of 100 what people call love started out as lust. That whole love at first sight, well no matter what you define love as a person can't have it at first sight, they mean they felt lust at first sight and over time it became love.
So as good as everyone thinks love is, lust is the engine that moves the train love rides on.

Lust can feel like love a lot but it only lasts a short time where as love lasts forever!!! I pick love!

Lust is better for instant gratification but if you want something that will last most if not all your entire life, then love is the way to go.

Love, but we have to know what it is and then we have no doubt. I hope it doesn't bore people for me to say, learn about Emotional Intelligence" and you'll 'know' the answer.
Lust means excess desire, addictive, even compulsive bottemless pit, never satisfied, less and less satisfying over time, a killer, basically. Of course the popular definition is not so clear.

Depends on wot your looking for, if your looking for sex then lust is best but if your lookin for someone to care about your an care for you then love is best.
