It doesn't do anything, and if it does, it would be very minimal weight loss. There's no negative side effects, it's just honey. It's just a fad diet, and won't help you lose weight in the long run.

the health properties of honey and citrus fruits are well known. Together with the warm water this will provide an excellent de-tox drink, which is really really good for weight loss. Drinking tea can also protect against heart disease as it has high concentrations of anti-oxidants. New research has shown that this is a really healthy drink, and good for weight reduction compared with high calorie soda drinks which have lots of sugar and chemicals.

I don't know. But now that I think about it, If you use it as a meal replacement for lunch, it would. The only bad part is you would be hungry. I don't think there would be any side effects unless you are allergic to honey.

Never hear of it causing weight loss, but Honey is one of the only completely natural foods you can eat so it can't hurt you.

Never heard of that one, but it could be good if it kept you from a snack attack! Even better if you go jogging for a half hour afterwards!
