Put a Collier and leash and start walking him along side the pit bulls,soon he will start thinking he;s a pit bull and the rest is history..

Teach him how to fetch a ball at top speed!!
So when next you see ur adversary, call him "Hey John!" and hurl the ball at him!!
Then watch your girbil race at top speed to get the ball!
Then equally watch how your adversary will develop wings and fly like a rocket away from the attacking girbil!!!

Point your rear end towards your adversary, pull your butt cheeks apart and give the command to attack "squeeeeeeeeeeeeek" your Gerbil will come flying out like batman with little beaver teeth of death at the ready.
