is abscess going to be a big problem?

i heard that it might get to the nerves n infect wad other nerves?? is this statement true?

An abscessed tooth is a huge problem. Not only is it painful, it can cause so many other problems through out your body. Abscessed teeth have been known to infect the heart, causing valve damage. Get some antibiotics and have it taken care of.

it's really something serious , take some antibiotics and treat the cause as soon as you can .
sometimes the puss go by the veins to more serious places..
