Why don't you want to eat your lunch? If you are not hungry, just say so. I'm sure that your parents wont mind if you skip lunch. Unless you have an eating disorder where the doctor has required you to eat, you shouldn't have to hide uneaten food. Personally, you sound as if you do have an eating disorder. You should ask yourself why you feel the need not to eat instead of where to hide the food.

Why not just choose the food you want to eat for lunch? Thus, you don't have to say no to eating this or that. Eat a chicken that's only 300 calories each one, and eat one with some fruit or something. Thus, you aren't eating a lot.

Are you 12? This is ridiculous. Eat. Sorry, there is no better advice. Get off your butt and excersize a bit if you need to lose weight. Not eating will temporarily help you lose weight, but the second you decide to eat, your metabolism will be so slow that you'll gain more than you used to. So start eating again, don't take your health for granted.

You sound like a nice girl. I'm sure that if your brother wants you to eat, it's because he loves you and is concerned. Instead of trying to hide it from him, try telling him how you feel about eating. I'm sure he's going to understand you better than we will.

this will only lead to depression and sadness.
but i know that if you are determined to do so, you will find a way.
so that being said,
eat, but eat lettuce, and broccolli.
cellery is almost literally calorie free!
there are tons of calorie free and low calorie foods that you can eat.
eat tofu. it has protein, and very few calories.
