i have my sprint for about 5 kms daily...and after that warm up i am planning to spend time on bicep building...how much time should i dedicate for it? can anybody suggest good schedule?

the bicep is a very small muscle group and only needs minimal direct stimulation. training them 2x a week is all that's needed. if you want big arms the focus should be on the tricep, it's 2/3 of the upper arm

As with any muscle building exercises, you should not do them daily. You need 1 day minimum for your muscles to rebuild after the tearing down process which is what weight lifting does.

So, just work in 3 sets of 15-20 reps of bicep exercises, and do that every other day. Don't forget to stretch the muscle before and after exercising it to get the most attractive muscle.
