Of course. If he existed or was omnipotent, he could make abortions not work, if he had a problem with them.
God kills millions and commands his followers to kill others, of ALL ages, INCLUDING pregnant women. He clearly does not value human life.
The Bible gives instructions on how priests should perform abortions on unwanted pregnancies.
Numbers 5:12-31 (see your Bible for the entire thing)

Of course God made abortion, and he uses it thousands of times a day in the form of miscarriage. And he made abortion an obvious choice to those who become pregnant. No one can honestly argue that abortion is wrong because it is not called a sin in the Bible. Anyone that says that abortion is bad is saying that God is bad.
In God's eyes it is clear to save the most human life, then there must be abortion. For example if a woman is pregnant and it is obvious that if she does not have an abortion, both she and the baby will die, then God would want abortion. Everything pertaining ot abortion is a life saving positive benefit and there is never a negitive cost to abortion. there's not a right answerer to this or that question, there not even a wrong one, the question is phrased incorrectly, in my question God can not do anything out side of his charter, so making rocks he can't lift is out side of that, plus it shows an inaccurate vies of God, all we know or could know exists inside Him,
in the same way your question, again God can not do anything out side his character, so killing a unborn child... God loves children, and has a plan for each, plus it shows an inaccurate view of God, some one who makes people he doesn't need, and lays burden on us we can not take where we must sin to get back to his plan
now listen, I'm not trying to bust your chops so to speak, pregnancy can be difficult, even under the best conditions, and unexpected pregnancy is just that unexpected, usually hitting at a relay stressful time to start with, so my heart goes out to you (if you are) and those around me who are, pregnant women (of any age or marital status) need our love first not our consummation, and women who choose abortion even more, for she not only was in all the pain of pregnancy but now has lost a child, there are so many physical and mental problems that come with an abortion i don't think we as Christians should be adding to them

But God can work even the tragedy of abortion out for the good, for the child and for the mother ... eventually... if the mother has a change of heart after it's too late to save the child, etc.

Man doesn't have the power to destroy God's creation. We'd like to think we can, but we can't. God is not at the mercy of man to create. We may stop that spirit from being born to that particular mother, but the spirit God intended to be born will be.
